Job Description
We are seeking an Estates & Trusts Tax Paralegal to join our busy Estates & Trusts team in our Albany, Buffalo, Florida or Rochester office. The role involves preparing estate and gift tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, and court accountings, and requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, liberal arts, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a paralegal role
- Knowledge and experience with taxing authorities
- Demonstrated writing and tax preparation ability
