5+ years of mechanical construction experience, strong team player with ability to collaborate, flexible work schedule

4-7 years' experience in AEC industry, intermediate level knowledge of Navisworks Simulate, strong communication skills, and ability to access all areas of construction site

2+ years of construction estimating experience, proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, and experience with project management software

5+ years of mechanical construction experience, specific experience in industrial and/or hi-tech semiconductor manufacturing projects, LEED Accredited Professional

2+ years construction estimating experience, LEED Accredited Professional, and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent degree

A minimum of 2 years construction estimating experience required. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent field work experience required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent degree. 2 years of construction estimating experience. LEED Accredited Professional preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ yrs in AEC, 2+ yrs in Business Development, excellent communication & interpersonal skills are required. Must be a strong team player
