Project Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable project accountant to assist with the onsite accounting needs. This role will be working closely with project leadership and various internal/external departments. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver and a strong team-focused attitude.

Requirements

• Processing subcontractor billings and all material invoices for the project
• Preparing and submitting certified payroll reports using Elations
• Tracking and reviewing subcontractor certified payroll submissions
• Supporting corporate craft payroll department in the processing of union payroll
• Assisting with ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local payroll, wage and hour laws and best practices
• Assisting with payroll audits as needed
• Supporting other departmental projects, data requests, compliance requirements as needed
