Job Description
Princess Cruise is seeking a Senior Manager, eCommerce Product to optimize their eCommerce platform, focusing on retail business. This role involves overseeing product development, ensuring technical excellence, and aligning products with business goals. The ideal candidate will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of the Cruise Ticketing experience, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a seamless booking experience and enhance customer journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital commerce, user experience, and product lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with Best-in-class conversion, identity and recommendation engines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused on eCommerce or digital platforms.
- 3+ years of experience managing Booking and Payment products.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and launching customer-facing digital products.
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or retail industries is highly desirable.
