Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Project and Programme Manager to lead the delivery of strategic commercial projects, including New Product Introductions and Go-To-Market launches, across multiple international divisions. The ideal candidate will have solid experience of Project Management and a passion for delivering world-class commercial programmes.
Requirements
- Project Management Experience within Medical Devices, Diagnostics, or Commercial functions
- Proven track record of driving NPIs and complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Familiarity with stage gate processes and project lifecycle management
- PMP Certification (or equivalent)
- Educational background in Science, Engineering, Marketing, or Business
- Commercial Acumen and understanding of market regulations, product launches, and international portfolio management
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (including MS Project), PMO enterprise tools (e.g., Planview), and data-driven reporting
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: proactive, adaptable, and committed to introducing best practices and driving process improvements
