Surgical Sales Specialist

As a Surgical Sales Specialist at Hologic, you will drive business growth, market share, and sales performance by developing territory plans, conducting sales calls, and building rapport with clients. You will present and work closely with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to achieve sales objectives.

Requirements

• Conducting sales calls and meeting with key decision makers
• Building rapport with new and existing clients
• Presenting and working closely with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Providing surgical procedure and technical product support
• Keeping abreast of market information
• Travelling across the territory
• Ability to produce and execute a tactical Sales Plan
• Commercial experience in selling consumables and capital equipment within the medical or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong stakeholder management, building new business pipelines, and upselling within existing clients
• Proven track record in exceeding forecasted sales targets
