
Job description
We are seeking a project coordinator to join our team. The role requires 2+ years of administrative experience, including supervisory, organization, coordination, and performance of duties at a responsible level.
Create and maintain project contacts lists, answer phone calls, prepare contracts and documents, process subcontracts and submittals, and perform related duties.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore Project Management Software, and the ability to work independently or in a group with minimal direction.
