Lead Support Worker

We're looking for a Lead Support Worker to join our team at Home Group, supporting customers with complex needs to live more independently. As a Lead Support Worker, you'll lead support planning, coordinate support workers, and help customers build independence. If you're passionate about making a difference and have experience in supporting others, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements

• Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting
• Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willingness to work towards it)
• Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
• Ability to work under own initiative, remain calm under pressure, and have a resilient approach
