Requirements
- Experienced in scheduling or coordination (care experience is a bonus)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and naturally solution-focused
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
- Comfortable using IT systems (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM platforms)
- Qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable)
- Flexible to support occasional evenings/weekends on-call
