HVAC Lead Installer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. As the Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

What You Will Do

Lead and supervise a team of HVAC installers, plan and coordinate installation projects, install, assemble, and commission HVAC systems, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, conduct quality inspections, and maintain accurate records of installation activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• EPA certification preferred
