Insurance Producer

We're looking for a dynamic and client-focused Insurance Producer to join our team at HomeServices Insurance. As a key player, you'll assess client risk, deliver customized coverage solutions, and drive results through proactive sales and relationship-building.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience and knowledge
• Two years' successful personal lines insurance sales experience
• Excellent sales and marketing skills
• Working knowledge of insurance agency operations, coverages, rates, markets, and applicable insurance laws/codes
• Working knowledge of risk assessment and risk management techniques
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent automation, time management, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of real estate, title, and/or mortgage businesses preferred
• Appropriate state agent/broker personal lines insurance license
