Associate - Infrastructure & Operations Engineer - IT

Job Duties: Lead the design, engineering, and operations of core infrastructure platforms, oversee critical infrastructure solution delivery, serve as SME on Linux platform operations, drive adoption of modern technologies, manage technical planning, project timelines, risk assessments, and implementation quality, provide Tier-3 escalation support, mentor and develop junior engineers, maintain and improve internal processes, collaborate with InfoSec, Engineering, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on infrastructure engineering experience, including Linux server/Cloud administration, troubleshooting, and hardening.
• Experience in public cloud, container platforms, or storage/backup preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in SDN/SD-WAN, cloud virtual networking, and modern network architectures.
• Strong understanding of automation, scripting, and process improvement.
• Proven project / technical leadership experience in large-scale IT environments.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-team collaboration skills.
