Vice President, Process Review & Optimization

We're looking for a Vice President to lead process review and optimization for our Trading Operations team. The role involves establishing a comprehensive operational process taxonomy, managing operational risk incidents, and developing a robust risk management framework. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in operational risk management, internal audit, or a controls-focused role within financial services, with a deep understanding of cash and derivatives products and associated operational processes and technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in operational risk management, internal audit, or a controls-focused role within financial services
• Deep understanding of cash and derivatives products, trade lifecycle, and the associated operational processes and technologies
• Strong ability to identify, measure, and analyze complex risks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
