Job Description
Hope Services is seeking a Program Associate to enhance program and service quality through associate level program administration. The role involves managing special projects, supervising clinical records, and participating in a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements
- B.A./B.S.
- Meet eligibility requirements for billable SCCMH work.
- Clinical interest in developmental disability or psychology
- Proficient in computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and database management
- Ability to use abstract thinking, conceptualization at a high level
- Ability to conduct independent research
- Flexibility, and ability to prioritize
- Excellent concentration
- Discrete manner and ability to communicate with clinical, administrative and professional staff as well as clients and their support systems
- Knowledge of principles of management, planning, regulations, compliance
