Requirements
- Sales competence: knowledge of discovery calls, qualification frameworks (such as MEDDIC or BANT) and closing techniques.
- Technical understanding: familiarity with production environments and the ability to understand requirements for mechanical or electrical automation.
- Collaboration: designing handover between sales and development so that the customer receives a practical solution.
- Discipline: consistent CRM maintenance, precise forecasts and goal-oriented thinking.
- Fluent in French and English: additional European languages are beneficial.
