Horizon Farm Credit is seeking a Home & Land Lending Manager to lead and develop Home & Land Loan Officers, drive strategic growth and sales excellence, and ensure high-quality financial service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Finance, Agriculture or related field.
• Eight or more years of experience in sales and lending.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
