Horizon Farm Credit is seeking a dynamic leader to lead and develop Home & Land Loan Officers, drive strategic growth and sales excellence, and ensure high-quality financial service delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in credit administration and lending, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of leadership and sales success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Finance, Agriculture or related field
• Eight or more years of experience in sales and lending
• Supervisory experience preferred
