HVAC Install Technician

Role Overview

Pat's Heating & A/C is looking for an Installation Technician to work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to maximize capacity, efficiency and profitability. You will exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations, every time.

What You Will Do

Install HVAC equipment and units, establish customer rapport, set expectations for each installation, ensure jobs are properly staged, conduct training, promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty, and adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints.
