Job Description
We invite you to join our dedicated team as a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and provide comfort to those in their final journey. As a Hospice CNA, you will offer comfort and support to our patients and their loved ones, working alongside a team of healthcare professionals to provide personalized care, emotional support, and physical assistance.
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Colorado
- Valid non-restricted Drivers License
- Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to make a difference
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Empathy, patience, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward patients and families
