We are a remote-only company that builds software for Airbnbs to rent themselves. We are looking for a Staff UI/UX Product Designer to lead the design process and shape the product's direction.
Requirements
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead design projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience: Very senior experience in UI/UX design for a SaaS product, with a world-class portfolio.
- Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Whimsical, Figma.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and push conventional design to create something truly differentiated.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
- Passion: A deep passion for design, a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of what makes a product truly exceptional.
