Hostaway is seeking a highly motivated outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive our growth in the UK by owning our inbound leads.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with inbound leads over the phone and via email.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot/Salesforce) and sales engagement tools is a plus.
- Action-oriented "doer" mentality: You love getting things done, thrive on execution, and are comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Strong organizational skills & curiosity: You have a natural curiosity to learn about prospects' businesses and the organizational discipline to manage high volumes of leads effectively.
