Commercial Kitchen Service Technician

Responsible for performing repairs, maintenance and installation of commercial kitchen equipment throughout the district.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all types of commercial kitchen equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment and physical structures
• Disconnect, remove, install, reconnect, and initiate startup of commercial kitchen equipment as needed
• Keep daily records of materials used, assures all logs, records of operations, and repairs are documented daily
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
