Howden is seeking dedicated Business Analysts to join our Project Delivery & Applications team, contributing significantly to the implementation of change and project delivery across the business.
Requirements
- Deep understanding and expertise in Acturis configuration and system integration projects.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the insurance sector and its challenges.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation skills and confidence in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel within the UK as needed.
- At least 3 years of customer-facing experience, including project oversight and presentations.
- Experience & Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with a strong preference for those with experience in functional, data analysis, or business analysis within the insurance sector.
