Reinsurance Broker - International Treaty Associate Director

We are looking for a Reinsurance Broker - International Treaty Associate Director to help drive the growth of Howden Re's International Treaty business. The role involves assisting in designing optimal reinsurance broking solutions, negotiating with markets, and creating and reviewing reinsurance documentation for clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in reinsurance broking, focusing on P&C reinsurance.
• Advanced understanding of the renewal and production cycle for our client and prospects
• Advanced understanding of reinsurance products mechanics and strong interest in reinsurance optimisation
• Specific Product area knowledge and in-depth understanding of related wordings
• Deep understanding of reinsurance market dynamics and product knowledge.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• High level of numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
• Relevant qualifications (ACII, FCA Level 1 preferred but not required).
