Job Description
Howmet Aerospace Inc. in La Porte, Indiana is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. This role focuses on metallurgical integrity and cost performance for investment cast components, including jet engine components and aerospace components. The engineer will work closely with customers to design components and improve processes to reduce waste and improve profitability.
Requirements
- Develop new, and refine existing, investment casting processes to reduce scrap, rework, and manufacturing costs.
- Support manufacturing operations throughout the casting process.
- Maintain customer relationships through joint resolution of issues.
