Job Description
The Vice President of IT Infrastructure & Operations Services will be responsible for the design, implementation, management, and support of the global Hoya Vision Care IT infrastructure and related services. This role requires an experienced leader with a keen interest in delivering reliable infrastructure and support services to support digital capabilities and business objectives. The VP will also monitor the service level of cloud providers and maintain service level agreements.
Requirements
- Experience in implementing and managing cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, SAP S/4 HANA)
- Solid experience in the build/selection and supervision of help desk service
- Experience in establishing change management processes
- Strong monitoring skills for cloud service providers
- Proactive communication & reporting to stakeholders
