Requirements

• Manage bridge projects located throughout New England
• Prepare and perform complex structural analysis, and design calculations, drawings and details for engaging bridge projects
• Lead and assemble a qualified project team to successfully complete complex projects on time and within budget
• Mentor, train and review work performed by junior engineering staff
• Develop, monitor, and maintain engineering budgets
• Assist with the management of design, review process and permitting
• Coordinate with clients for successful project delivery
• Conduct client communication and maintain project satisfaction
