HP Spark Management Associate - Process Engineer

This role supports HP ink cartridge manufacturing by partnering with internal teams and manufacturing partners to ensure processes meet throughput and quality expectations, and by driving data-driven investigations and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Fresh graduate or up to ~3 years relevant experience
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and eagerness to learn in a high-volume / automated environment
• Data-driven mindset: comfortable using process/manufacturing data to support investigations and decisions
• Familiarity or exposure to structured engineering methods such as FMEA and process capability improvement is an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills to work across functions, suppliers/partners, and global stakeholders
• Good organizational skills and ability to operate in a matrix environment across cultures/time zones
