Senior Hardware Engineering Manager – R&D Networking Platforms

We are looking for a Senior Hardware Engineering Manager to lead multiple teams and managers responsible for developing complex, high-performance networking hardware. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years of people management, and a strong background in hardware design, validation, and product development lifecycles. The role will provide direct and ongoing leadership for an organization of multiple subordinate managers and senior individual contributors, while owning delivery and strategic alignment across hardware R&D programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline
• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years of people management
• Proven ability to apply expert-level technical knowledge to guide teams solving complex hardware and system-level challenges
• Strong background in hardware design, validation, and product development lifecycles
• Advanced leadership skills in coaching, team building, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Demonstrated success managing human capital across geographies, driving capability growth and consistent execution
