Analyst, Tech & Society

HR&A Advisors, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Tech & Society to join their team. The role involves working on projects that aim to use technology to solve societal problems, including developing written reports, client presentations, and financial models. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field, strong quantitative and qualitative skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience in a relevant field
• Experience working at or genuine interest in the intersection of technology delivery and policy
• Demonstrated ability to assess or engage with technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical audiences
• Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once with precision and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, including financial analysis
• Proficiency in common AI tools and understanding of responsible use, limitations, and independent verification
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred
