Director of Marketing and Communications

The Director of Marketing and Communications will lead the firm’s communications and marketing efforts, shaping how HR&A communicates its work, expertise, and impact to external audiences while also strengthening internal communications across the firm.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or public relations
• Experience managing and developing staff
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Experience designing and managing proposal systems and processes
