Job Description
HR&A Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with an active CPA license to support the firm’s financial operations based in our New York City office.
Requirements
- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
- 5–8+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a consulting, professional services, or real estate environment
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and general ledger management
- Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
