Client Relations Specialist

We're seeking a dependable self-starter to join our team as a Client Relations Specialist. You'll work with clients to understand their needs, explain regulations, and offer solutions to protect their operations. You'll provide exceptional support, prioritize tasks, and proactively solve problems for clients and colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or some college
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Aptitude for learning new software
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing support or account manager role
• Experience supporting external clients and working with vendors
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test (including THC)
