Outside Service Estimator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing customer needs, providing accurate service estimates, and building strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Outside Sales experience with a proven sales record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of trailer components, repair processes, and service requirements
• Proficiency in using estimating software and CRM tools
• ERP experience is a plus, experience with Adjust-rite and/or Karmak operating systems, preferred
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for on-site evaluations up to 75% of the time within a given territory
• Highly self-motivated with an aggressive “go-getter” attitude
• Technical certification related to trailer repair or maintenance preferred
