The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing customer needs, providing accurate service estimates, and building strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Outside Sales experience with a proven sales record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of trailer components, repair processes, and service requirements
- Proficiency in using estimating software and CRM tools
- ERP experience is a plus, experience with Adjust-rite and/or Karmak operating systems, preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for on-site evaluations up to 75% of the time within a given territory
- Highly self-motivated with an aggressive “go-getter” attitude
- Technical certification related to trailer repair or maintenance preferred
