The Director of Operations is a key role of the executive team responsible for leading the operations team through creating disciplined, measurable, and repeatable operational execution. This role ensures Hub operates as an exceptional flexographic printer upholding the highest level of quality, leading through innovation and promoting a safe and engaged workforce.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a manager/leader position
• Prior experience in manufacturing setting, preferably in fast-paced printing environment
• Prior experience with change management
• Prior experience effectively coaching and developing teams
• Strong project management skills
