Assembler

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking an Assembler to perform various manufacturing tasks, ensuring quality and adhering to safety regulations. The role involves working with blue prints, quality inspection, and preventative maintenance in a team environment. Advancement to the Advanced Assembler #1 classification is expected with this position.

Requirements

• Assemble manufactured and purchased parts into subassemblies or complete products.
• Perform quality control, inspecting products and ensuring specifications are met.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep the work area clean.
• Follow all rules regarding machine operation and machine guarding.
• Read and understand blue prints and routings.
• Operate assembly equipment such as rivet machines, assembly presses and power tools.
• Must be equipped with all the required tools to perform the functions of their job.
