Financial Systems Manager (OneStream) - Shelton, CT (Hybrid)

The Financial Systems Manager of OneStream is responsible for overseeing the administration, optimization, and support of the OneStream financial system. This role ensures accurate data management, supports financial close and consolidation processes, and drives reporting and analysis through tools like Power BI.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience overall, with 5+ years in financial reporting.
• 5+ years administering or optimizing financial systems (e.g., OneStream, HFM, Hyperion).
• OneStream administration experience is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance with strong IT skills, or Bachelor’s in Information Systems with strong finance knowledge.
• VB.NET scripting required.
• Power BI connectivity is a plus.
• Strong project management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• High integrity, proactive mindset, and adaptability.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle time-sensitive issues effectively.
