Red Seal Industrial Journeyperson Heavy Duty Equipment Technician, First Aid and CPR Certificates, WHMIS Training, Confined space training, supervisory training, lock-out procedure training

Current BC Shiftboss Certificate, 2+ years of supervisory experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer-based training tools

Must be a Red Seal Journeyperson with experience in mining preferred but not necessary

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, 1-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or a financial analyst role within the mining industry

Previous experience as a heavy equipment operator, operate Graders, Scooptrams and Haul Trucks, maintain sump pumps and manage dust control

Journeyman Welder certification and proficiency in welding, brazing, and cutting required

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a related field and relevant experience, effective communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and ability to learn and follow instructions

High school diploma, valid driver’s license, and ability to learn and follow instructions

Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Engineering or related field, valid Class 5/7N driver’s license and personal transportation

Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field and 5 years of experience in implementing talent development strategies and processes
