The Supportive Housing Specialist will provide case management and social services to tenants in Supportive Independent Housing, managed by Clinton Housing Development Company.
Requirements
- BA or BSW in related field (with emphasis in Social Services)
- Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
- Experience working with formerly homeless adults
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Good record keeping abilities and proficiency in computers
