5-10 years of experience managing military or large-scale federal construction programs, strong program management, budgeting, and scheduling skills, and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

B.A. in Science Writing or related field, 0-1 years experience, Strong research and communication skills

Active DoD Security Clearance, experience in DoD environment, familiarity with DISS and SWFT
