Job Description
Supervise and manage the showroom and sales team to ensure smooth operations and effective sales strategies within Jabodetabek Area. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and sales development.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in managing sales within the furniture or building materials
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, market analysis, and promotional initiatives to drive revenue
- Leadership and management skills to lead, train, and motivate a sales team
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities
