Job Description
Hume AI is seeking talented research and engineers to build state-of-the-art speech-language models (SLMs) using reinforcement learning from human expression (RLHE). The company aims to guide AI towards human values and leverages the intelligence of tone of voice, facial expression, and language to create an empathetic AI assistant. They are currently focusing on the development of EVI 3 and the Hume Initiative.
Requirements
- Expertise in Python ecosystem and ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch)
- Experience writing robust production-ready code
- Comfort iterating quickly on new research directions
- 2+ years of experience training/fine-tuning transformer models
