Job Description
Hunt Electric, Inc. is searching for an Experienced Recruiter to join the Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, confident, and has a background in construction recruiting. The Recruiter will provide day-to-day support to the HR Manager and Department Managers for Recruiting needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years outside sales or recruiting experience
- Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling candidates
- Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of working for Hunt Electric
- Experience in generating leads via phone or face-to-face interactions
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
