Job Description
The Maintenance Technician I will provide general maintenance to rental housing, including air conditioning, water heaters, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and other building maintenance areas. The position requires excellent customer service and documentation skills, as well as the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) with training and or experience in the building maintenance trades
- 1-3 years experience in building maintenance
- General knowledge of the maintenance trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Reliable and dependable attendance and punctuality
