The Role The candidate will be responsible for executing the responsibilities of the O49 Facility Program Management Office (PMO) Strategic Team which includes but is not limited to overseeing the shipyard Strategic Facility Plan, Facility Master Plan, Capital Long Range Strategic Plan, and Expense Forward Pricing Plan supporting facility infrastructure, ship programs, manufacturing, nuclear propulsion division, engineering, logistics, IT, Quality, Trades and new programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of progressive technical experience in research, engineering and design
• Master's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience
• PHD and 4 years of relevant experience
• Newport News Shipbuilding requires a Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program
