Environmental Specialist

Environmental Specialist responsible for managing facility hazardous and non-hazardous waste storage, transportation, and disposal processes and activities, including ensuring environmental reports, plans, and requirements are complete and compliant with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, safety science, or equivalent
• 3-5 years' work experience as an environmental specialist in an industrial setting, preferably chemical manufacturing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Skills to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
• Skilled to drive processes and projects to completion
• Capable to work with state and federal agencies
