Job Description
Join Huuuge Games as a Senior Game Economy Specialist and shape the strategic direction of economies for top grossing mobile games. You will architect, optimize, and balance complex economic systems, lead deep-dive analyses, and directly influence player experience and revenue.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in game economy, data analytics, product analytics, or similar fields
- Proven track record of designing, balancing, and optimizing in-game economies at scale
- Critical thinking and the ability to anticipate risks, identify opportunities and strategic solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with Product, Analytics, Monetization and Operations
- Experience leading discussions, aligning stakeholders and supporting data driven decision making
- Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including competitors, industry trends, new releases and changes
- Expert level Excel and proficiency in SQL and/or Python
- Very good command of English
