We’re looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to support high-growth companies in executing and optimizing their revenue strategies. This role blends sales engineering, marketing operations, and data automation to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Build, implement, and optimize go-to-market systems and workflows across sales and marketing teams
- Manage and integrate tools such as CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), outbound platforms, and analytics tools
- Automate lead generation, enrichment, and outreach processes
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives to improve pipeline efficiency
- Develop dashboards and reporting systems to track performance metrics (conversion rates, CAC, pipeline velocity)
- Support outbound campaigns through technical setup, A/B testing, and optimization
- Maintain clean, structured, and scalable data pipelines
- Troubleshoot technical issues across GTM tools and platforms
