We are hiring a Marketing Manager – Demand Generation / Growth Marketing to lead and execute high-impact demand generation strategies for B2B clients. This is a fractional, contract-based remote marketing role ideal for a senior-level growth marketer who thrives on building scalable pipeline engines, leveraging AI-powered marketing workflows, and driving measurable revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing
- Proven success in building and scaling demand generation engines that drive revenue
- Strong expertise in account-based marketing (ABM/ABMS)
- Experience in technology, consulting, or professional services environments
- Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and multi-touch marketing funnels
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
- Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
