We are hiring a Sales Development Representative with proven experience in staffing and/or recruitment sales. This is a hybrid/on-site SDR role that combines outbound prospecting with in-person client meetings and relationship building.
Requirements
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities within target industries
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage decision-makers
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales or account teams
- Attend in-person client meetings, site visits, and networking events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Present staffing/recruitment solutions tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems
- Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs and activity targets
